‘A’ My Name Is Alice is written by Jane Bayer with pictures by Steven Kellogg. It’s an alphabet style book, whisking you through A to Z with a host of funny little animals with exotic occupations. The book is illustrated in a loose, etchy-sketchy style – complimented by water colour fill and pastel highlights. There’s a lot of hilarity in the details, making a relatively simply kid’s book a whole lot more fun for adults to peruse!
